M.Sc. thesis dealt with the use of ground beetles (Coleoptera, Carabidae) for biomonitoring (Supervisor Prof. R. Rozkošný Dr.Sc.)

1987

received the title Rerum Naturalium Doctoris (RNDr.) at the Charles University in Prague

started a postgraduate study in the Institute of Entomology, Ceské Budejovice, Czech Republic). The subject of the Ph.D. thesis was: “ Enzyme Polymorphism of Sitona spp. (Coleoptera, Curculionidae) and its connection with geographical distribution and host plants.(Supervisor Dr. J. Holman, CSc.)

1991

submitted a thesis to obtain the degree of Candidatus Scientiarum (corresponding to the Ph.D. degree); received CSc. (PhD) degree.

 

(Oct.) arrival as a postdoc at the Institute of Evolution, University of Haifa (Supervisor Prof. E. Nevo)

1994 (till now) researcher at the Institute of Evolution, University of Haifa.

2006 (till now) editorial adviser of Acta Zoologica Academiae Scientiarum Hungaricae.
